I reserve the right to refuse to draw any commission for whatever reason I see fit.

Prices can vary slightly based on the specific order placed.

There will be a very subtle signature on each art piece that you may not remove.

I might record the drawing process post it to youtube.

Payment is only accepted in USD through PayPal or Venmo.

All payments must either be made in full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been decided upon.

Do not pay me until I have confirmed you have a commission slot.

Expect the piece to be done a week to six weeks after your order has been confirmed. Time varies based on how much free time I have, how many other orders I have to get through, the complexity of the drawing, and other factors. I am still in school, so please bear with me.

The final piece will be delivered as an attached file to an email in either PNG or JPEG form. I will provide both a full resolution piece and smaller size that's more convenient to post to the web (<2MB). Please note that you will not be getting a physical product.

You'll be given the chance to revise the piece once after the sketch phase, again after the lineart phase, then a final time after the flat colors. Revising the piece means a relatively small change, like the hairstyle or the pose of a limb. A suggestion to change colors or add more shading is not considered a revision, so you may ask for that whenever.

A complete change of the composition, background, or design will come at extra charge after the lineart phase.

Any revisions of the final piece will come at a price (unless I misunderstood your order).

All revision charges will be generally based on hourly wage and be told to you, the client, before I begin work on the revision.

Reserve the rights to cancel or refund a commission at any point in the process for any reason I see fit.

Retain all copyrights over the art.

Will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

Will not profit off the commission further (through prints, merchandise, etc).

May post the art piece to social medias to promote myself or just to share it.

May upload the artwork to wherever you see fit without credit (however, I'd greatly appreciate it if you gave credit anyways!).

Can use the artwork for personal means.

May not profit off the artwork in anyway (reselling, prints, etc).

Retain all the rights to the intellectual property.

May not use the art for commercial use.

Reproduce the artwork commercially -- meaning profiting off the artwork in anyway, including those not explicitly listed here.

Remove the signature on the piece.

Claim the artwork as your own work.

Alter the artwork in anyway without my consent (unless you would like to use the artwork in an edit, then you don't have to ask, but I'd love if you'd send me a link to it!).

After I have begun work on the commission, you cannot cancel your order.

If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel the order before I have started on the piece, you will receive a full refund.

Do not request a PayPal chargeback if you are getting a refund. I will transfer the money back myself.

If you at any point request a PayPal chargeback during a time where refunds are not allowed, the terms will have been broken and I will be allowed to use the commissioned piece however I'd like -- including profiting off of it -- and you will lose all rights to it. I will decline the chargeback and show PayPal our conversation chat logs to show I have completed work for you. You will never be able to commission me again as well.
